Gain experience installing underground utilities for water, sanitary, and stormwater systems. Wages start at $25.43 per hour along with fully paid benefits to help you advance in your construction career.

Operators

Heavy Equipment Operator & Apprentice Jobs

Operate and maintain construction equipment including skid loaders, scrapers, bulldozers, and excavators for a variety of residential and commercial projects. On-the-job paid training is provided in conjunction with Local 234 Operating Engineers, with no experience required. Apply for a job as a heavy equipment operator or apprentice at McAninch. Dump Truck Driver Jobs

Our CDL drivers haul dirt and rock to and from construction sites with dump trucks or tractors pulling side-dump, pneumatic, or related trailers. Dump truck driver job candidates must have an exemplary driving record and are expected to maintain records, communicate with their team regularly, and perform routine vehicle inspections. 100% of your insurance is PAID IN FULL after meeting qualifying hours.

We provide an atmosphere that allows individuals to work with dignity and retire with fulfillment. After meeting qualifying hours, McAninch Corporation pays 100% of the health/vision/dental insurance cost and 100% of the pension cost for all our field employees. We also offer a work boot allowance, funeral leave, safety and wellness incentives, and annual employee recognition.
