The same values that led to Dwayne McAninch founding the company in 1967 guide McAninch Corporation today. In more than a half-century of being in business, we have never wavered from our customer-centric approach based of treating our employees like family and giving back to our community.

Nearly 40% of employees have been with McAninch for 10 or more years. According to the U.S. Department of Labor's most recent labor statistics, this is significantly higher than the median tenure of 4.2 years for people working with their current employer.

We regularly contribute to more than 25 local organizations, such as metro schools, Easterseals Iowa, YMCA of Greater Des Moines, National Kidney Foundation, Polk County Housing, Ronald McDonald House Extreme Build, Wigs for Kids and many more not listed here.
