Wyffels Hybrids

McAninch partnered with Russell Construction in 2023 for the Wyffels Hybrids Iowa Expansion Phase 1 project in Ames, IA. This 190,000 SF warehouse facility sat on a 30-acre site and required over 31,000 CY of Topsoil Stripping, 97,000 CY of Cut to Fill, and placing over 20,000 tons of rock for the grading scope alone. Then, our utility scope included 1,300 LF of Water Main, 1,200 LF of Sanitary Sewer, 1,582 LF of Storm Sewer, and 3,784 LF of Subdrain.
