Hope Plaza III

Hope Plaza III was a commercial building project within the Hope Commercial Plat 6 development in Grimes, IA. McAninch worked with Accurate Commercial and Hope Development & Realty on the 3-acre site to construct 17,618 SF of buildings that required 1,500 CY Cut to Fill, 800 LF of Water Main, 300 LF of Sanitary Sewer, and 1,020 LF of Storm Sewer.
