McAninch worked with Kimberley Development on the Harvest Meadows Plat 2 project in Bondurant, IA. This 38-acre housing development includes over 30,000 CY of Topsoil Stripping and over 98,000 CY of Cut to Fill as part of the mass grading. The utility scope requires 3,153 LF of Water Main, 1,847 LF of Sanitary Sewer, and 3,437 LF of Storm Sewer.
Our crews are providing mass grading for both Plats 2 & 4 of this subdivision, then following through with utilities and prep for Plat 2.
