Bentley Ridge Plat 2

McAninch worked with Accurate Development on the Bentley Ridge housing development in Urbandale, IA, located directly north of Waukee Radiant Elementary School. Once completing the 99 lots in Plat 1, we rough graded Plat 2 for a combined total area of 115 acres. Plat 2 required 12,600 CY of topsoil stripping and 3,400 CY of cut to fill as well as 4,200 ft. of sanitary sewer, 8,656 ft. of storm sewer and 5,040 ft. of watermain.
