Spirit Lake Fareway

McAninch Corp. partnered with Dean Snyder Construction on a new Fareway store in Spirit Lake, IA. The 4.5-acre project involves a comprehensive scope for both grading and utilities including 3,500 CY of Topsoil Stripping, 50,000 CY of Cut/Fill, 250 LF of Water Main, 240 LF of Sanitary Sewer, and 1,310 LF of Storm Sewer.  

Notably, we were tasked with importing 35,000 CY of dirt in the fall of 2023 to allow ample time for proper settling before construction resumed in the spring of 2024. To complete this, we teamed up with Hallet Materials to import the dirt to this site from one of their nearby quarries.
