Savannah At Ankeny

McAninch worked with Benson-Orth General Contractors on the Savannah at Ankeny multi-family development for Stoneleigh Companies in NW Ankeny, IA. The 34-acre site consisted of 228 housing units and required approximately 96,000 CY of earthwork. The utility portion of the project included 6,000 LF of watermain, 5,800 LF of sanitary sewer, and 11,000 LF of storm sewer.
